Well, there are 2 occasions that I have been surprise by Citibank Singapore.
On one occasion, I was out there visiting friends in Changi Business Park Citibank office. I was in need in large sum of money (around 1000S$) so I went to withdraw from the Citibank ATM Machine there. I am currently in Athens for holiday. What a trip! I was here on the one-day strike. Everything is closed. I can’t even see the Acropolis up close.
